In 2017 after completing a Ba in photographic media at Murdoch University, Natalie relocated from her home town of Perth WA to the outer suburbs of Brisbane, where she specialises in natural light photography in the genre of portrait, fashion and conceptual photography. Natalie's journey with photography began after the tragic death of her uncle in 2001, where the inheritance of his Pentax drove her document the poignant aspects-of her day to day, namely the gritty neighbourhood streets and children of her childhood. In 2009 these images would mark her first publication in an American publication "Best of photography anthology" 2009. Her work is moody, atmospheric and sometimes both fragile & jarring. With a natural ability to find tangibility in natural light and the implementation of 90's cinematic color grading in her post processing, Natalie strives to stay true to the concepts within her work.
